Warranty Information

Weaver Barns, LTD. warrants to the original purchaser, all products to be free of material and workmanship defects on day of delivery and will repair or replace any components that do not provide reasonable service under normal use for a period of (2), (5) or (10) years from the date of purchase. Correction by repair or replacement of materials or workmanship in your Weaver Barns product which our examination shall disclose to our satisfaction to be defective shall constitute fulfillment of all liabilities of Weaver Barns under this warranty.

For this warranty to be valid, all exposed surfaces must be painted or stained within sixty-days (60) of installation (proof of paint or stain purchase required). Weaver Barns shall not be liable for any installation or reinstallation costs or for the natural characteristic of some wood to split, warp or twist. The warranty printed above is the only warranty applicable to this purchase. All other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed. Weaver Barns shall have no liability for special, incidental, or consequential damages. Weaver Barns does not assume and does not authorize any other person to assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale of these Weaver Barns. The warranty printed above shall not apply to any Weaver Barns product or any part thereof this has been subject to misuse, alteration, negligence, or accident, or which has been damaged by fire, flood, water, earthquake, earth movement, hail, wind, adverse weather conditions, vandalism, theft, act of God, or other event or casualty which is customarily covered by homeowners’ insurance.

Weaver Barns make no warranties whatsoever with respect to accessories or parts not supplied by it where the supplier or manufacturer of materials incorporated into a Weaver Barns product has warranties on such materials which exceed that set forth above. Weaver Barns assumes no liability thereunder and the buyer must assert any claim under such warranties against such supplier or manufacturer. The terms “Original Purchaser” and “Buyer”, as used in this warranty, shall mean that person for whom the Weaver Barns product is originally assembled and installed. This warranty shall apply only within the boundaries of the Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Kentucky, Indiana, and Michigan. The buyer acknowledges that no other representations were made to or relied upon by him or her with respect to the quality or function of the goods herein sold. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
