Free delivery is available within 30 miles of our headquarters in Sugarcreek, Ohio . If you are not within 30 miles of our headquarters and our curious about delivery cost, contact us  for a delivery quote.

Delivery & set up is included in the purchase price.

Delivery Options

Prebuilt Delivery

Your structure will be delivery fully-built on our truck and placed on the prepared foundation.

Build-on-Site

If your property is difficult to reach or too narrow for a fully-built structure to fit through, we can bring pre-assembled pieces to the site and complete assembly on site.

Site Preparation

A shed or backyard structure needs a properly sized, level foundation. This will reduce the risk of settling and will ensure doors open and close properly.

Before we deliver your structure, please have a foundation prepared. Contact us if your would like a referral to local contractors we trust.

Carry Charges

Every building site is different. One of the challenges of construction is how close to the delivery site we can drive.

For your convenience, we include a 50’ carry allowance in the pricing for buildings 14’-16’ wide.

For buildings 8’-12’, we include 50’ for free.

Any distance greater than that will incur a charge of $1 per foot. Carry charges are paid to the delivery crew at time of service.
